Equipment List Changes (CAP-8)

What's included:

Equipment Planning

Inactivate planned items — Admins can set planned items aside without deleting them, one at a time or in bulk, and reactivate them later. An inactive item stays planned but is read-only: its budget, cost and quantity can't be edited until it is reactivated.

Show inactive — A new Show inactive checkbox (admins only) switches the Equipment List to show only inactive items. Bulk actions are hidden while it is on, and a shared link never opens the inactive list for anyone who isn't an admin.

Inactive items stay out of the numbers — Header totals, widgets, planned counts and project equipment counts include active items only, even while Show inactive is on. Inactive items are not cloned into other projects, saved into templates or offered when launching a CoPilot.

Replacing a room's items keeps inactive ones — When a clone replaces a room's planned items, inactive items and their components are kept. A clone with nothing to copy no longer removes the room's existing items.

Empty rooms in Grouped by Location — Grouped by Location now lists the facility's rooms that have no equipment, after the rooms that do. They show "No equipment", can't be selected or edited, and rooms with child rooms still expand. Each room row has an add-equipment button that opens Add Equipment with that room already picked.

Bulk edit budget and quantity — Bulk Edit can now set a per-unit budget and a quantity for the selected planned items. A budget entered here overrides the budget that picking a model would fill in.

Whole-number quantities only — Quantities must be whole numbers from 1 to 10,000. Values like 2.5 are refused, with the message "Quantity should be a whole number."

The list keeps your place after edits — After an edit, the Equipment List reloads but keeps your scroll position, expanded rooms and their child pages. If several reloads overlap, only the latest one is shown, so the view no longer jumps back to an older state.

Rooms

Move child rooms — A child room can now be moved to a different floor or department. Moving it unlinks it from its parent room, so it becomes an independent room; the move dialog warns about this first.

Sort by department — Room view can be sorted by the Department column.

Departments created from a floor — A department created from a floor now belongs to that floor's Denovo project.

Clone picker and View Assets — The clone picker opens every level at once, and rooms have a View Assets action.

Capture scheduling

Edit Schedule from the preview — The schedule preview has an Edit Schedule button for anyone who can edit the team. On a locked schedule it is disabled and shows why.

Calmer discard prompt — Discarding unsaved day changes now asks with an undo icon and a primary button instead of delete styling. The preview's working list no longer shows a role tooltip.
